The enjoyment guesthouse; A culinary feast

 

Enjoy life from dawn to dusk. This pleasure is celebrated in the Schlössl through the originality of different tastes. From a regional breakfast to fine delicacies at the 5-course gourmet menu in the evening – at Schlössl, they know how to feast.

In the Schlössl kitchen, regional cuisine is actually regional and we are very consequent with this. Our products for the dishes come from the surrounding area, the game comes from Chef Manuel or one of his hunting colleagues. We get the beef from the LINHARTERHOF in Haus im Ennstal or from the BRANDHOF in Ramsau am Dachstein. The end product is often traditional, but with a new twist.

Chef Manuel Wieser’s wooden kitchen spoons are swinging about with a lot of passion. His kitchen ensures the culinary well-being at the Schlössl, they know how to inspire. We choose the ingredients for our dishes with the utmost care. Our kitchen takes numerous products directly from the Ennstal, even the jams we make ourselves.

Regionality, sustainability, fair trade and ecologically oriented agriculture, as well as the close bond of trust with the partners play a decisive role for this nature-loving hotel. This responsibility is reflected not only in the buffet area, but also in the origin of the food. In the Schlössl kitchen, regional cuisine is actually regional and we are very consequent with this. Our products for the local ‘H50 dishes’, come from places with a maximum distance of 50 kilometers.
